CANCELLATION POLICY:

More than 14 days' notice: All amount refunded.

If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival there is no refund.

The seller names the buyer in full confidence in all the information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information from the buyer will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Shipments from the booking system may contain personal information, e.g. residence, age or business history, to generate relevant messages to site members. This information is never passed on to third parties.

LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. If a dispute arises between Buyer and Seller regarding the Terms and Conditions, the matter will be referred to the Icelandic courts.

REFUND:

If refunded, it will be made within 2 to 5 days.
