CJA Guesthouse
is located 2km away from the small and eccentric village of Laugar, on the farm Hjalli. With a bank, store, restaurant and swimming pool this little quirky town of Laugar has everything you need. From here you´ll reach Akureyri, Húsavík and Lake Mývatn in 25-40 minutes. The property is a modest, privately owned, cozy 4 bedroom guesthouse with shared bathrooms and shower. The price includes use of the common living room and bathroom, a made up bed, towels and breakfast. When a single room is rented there is no kitchen access but the common living room has a coffee macine, a kettle for hot water and a microwave. Cutlery and plates are provided. When the whole guesthouse is rented as an apartment a access to a fully equiped kitchen is included. Please eMail us if you have any special requests or inquiries. Booking directly with us includes a 10% discount since you pay your stay fully upon booking. However you can cancel your stay up to 14 days before arrival and get 90% refund. Our old family house on the farm has been modified and is usually rented out as single rooms in a guesthouse. But sometimes we also offer the rent of the whole house as a comfortable apartment. As such great for a couple who wants the privacy and space or for a group that wants to be able to split up to more private bedrooms.The house has 4 bedrooms, all with a sink. Two small double rooms with small double beds, one twin room with two single beds and one triple room with three single beds. It's helpful to get Information on how to prepare the rooms upon booking for less than full capacity of 9 persons.
